Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the Conditions

By accessing and using the All Streets mobile application (the 'Application') and the website (https://allstreets.fr), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of the Agreement. Additionally, when using these particular services, you must be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of the Service

AllStreets provides users with a social platform to share their current activities and locations, discover new places, and connect with friends. The service includes, but is not limited to, the ability to create posts, share content, and interact with other users.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Username must be:

• A minimum of 3 characters
• A maximum of 20 characters
• Without spaces
• Without special characters
• Without capital letters
• Unique for each user

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or hateful
• Harm minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

5. Content

You are responsible for any content that you post, upload or otherwise make available through the Service. You agree not to post any content that you do not have the right to make available or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

6. Location Data

By using the App, you consent to AllStreets collecting and using your location data to provide the Service. You must enable location services on your device to use certain features of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to AllStreets' Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and share information about our users.

8. Intellectual Property

All Streets and its content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SOUZA Karl Félicio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SOUZA Karl Félicio.

9. Termination

All Streets may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AllStreets, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party, (v) any errors or omissions in any content, or (vi) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Streets total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Service will in no event exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which AllStreets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to the Conditions

AllStreets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
